Seasoning can make any meal!
We use it not just on salads but also on pasta dishes or hamburgers or even grilled chicken. I am sure there are many of other uses and I would love to hear your ideas below!
PS Add it to vinegar and oil (with a small amount of toasted sesame oil) and you will have a delicious dressing!

1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 dash cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
